24 oz water
8 oz keifer
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
2 scoops syntha 6 protein

This is what I usually have in the mornings M-F

<------ is really glad that Morning Shake showed up as a thread in the Nutrition section and not the Stuff & Nonsense section. Was worried that this thread was going to have a totally different angle.

1 Scoop of EAS Chocolate Whey Protein
2 Scoops of natural Peanut Butter
2 Cups of Milk
Blend and Drink

Pretty simple but good!

+ 3 scrambled eggs

vanilla
ICE

usually an evening shake... but morning shakes are good too
