If my protein during a meal has no fat included, (i.e. all whites or egg sub has 0 grams of fat) I'm at 4 blocks protein. I eat 12 almonds (4 fat blocks) for my fat block at that meal. Since the egg sub has 0 grams fat do I need to eat 24 almonds? The zone book talks about 1.5 grams of fat per fat block, but they are assuming we're also receiving fat from the lean protein sources.
