I had a dream last night that I was repping out an obscene number of perfect push-ups. Dreaming about push-ups. REALLY?!?!

I had a dream two nights ago where Brian MacKenzie was leading a group through some weird workout that included a sit up with a double neck twist. Probably not very functional.

I noticed the other day as I was grocery shopping, while I was pushing the cart...I had a hook grip on it. Then noticed that I pretty much do it on anything that is close to bar diameter.

You know you CrossFit too much when you start having dreams that you're coaching. In my dream, I'm yelling, "Chest up!! Knees out!!" haha...
That's not it, sometimes my girlfriend tells me I'm talking in my sleep saying "Knees out!!!" hahah

That hook grip will get you everytime. I do it too.

I'm still a new CF'er, but one sign is that the regular morning crew at my globo gym has stopped bothering to stare at the crazy guy doing those wierd workouts.
