Maybe it's just me, but I've notice a difference, but not sure why. One minute all out on the concept 2 leaves me out of breath and HR 80 plus percent. HOwever, one minute of all out box jumps leaves my HR at 80 plus, but respirations not taxed at all...

Any idea why?

Aptdwler,

I'm no physiologist, but I would suspect it's because there's a more active upper body component in the row. Your entire system is being taxed. Kind of like comparing 95# thrusters to 95# squats. The former will likely get you breathing harder in a shorter amount of time, IMO.
