Box 20# short vest vs Box 45-50# vest??

Narrowed it down to get a Box weighted vest either from rogue or directly from weighted vest. Looking to start using it during wods, some body weight training and runs. My question is what weight do you guys use most and is it really worth it to get a vest with more weight.?
The 20# short vest is so compact looking and I don't think I would use anything heavier for wods , but may need some weight eventually on longer runs, outdoor training and body weight stuff but is it really worth it and how many of you use a 45-50 for training. Do you think the slightly larger vest is more comfortable?
Just trying to get the most comfortable and cost effective one
