Well guys I did my first go with the girl i call the "century Hag", Angie. 28 min as R'xd. Must say she wasnt a really fun date but i did it. Proud, i am. I started CF about 3 weeks ago and im hooked on this like nothing else. I feel stronger, faster, and just in great shape since I did. Did alot of running, weights and swimming and just cant beat the air sucking (I think for some of the workouts even my toe nails lifted to get more oxygen in my lungs haha) intensity you can build up to real fast. I Scaled for the first few WOD's but now i cant help but let CF set the daily goals and then "take the hill" to finish them. If people are reading this still wondering if CF is the work out for them. Stop thinking about it muffin and get on with it. Keep up the great work guys and hope some day to even post some great times.
