Smile CF Level 1 Cert. at GSX

Jeff Tucker, owner, host and a servant leader. Staff is fantastic and the facility? Man oh man it does bring on gym envy.

Spot on for gymnastics, CF, and anything else that the open model of fitness can throw at it and still manage to have spare room. Wish I had my camera, well to tell the truth I did have it and my only excuse was that I forgot the sim card!!!! Arrggghhh...

I want to thank all of the planners, participants and hosts for such a tremendous and successful job in the Cert. Presenters were more than well versed in the subjects at hand and left us with nothing less than wanting more from each of them. As much as you think you might know, there is always room for more. Trust me.

Workouts, exercises, technique, corrections and attention to detail are spot on. You will leave the cert a more confident presenter of CF's fundamental moves, ideology and methodology so that you may impart that information onto your present and future clients. Knowledge is a path, go and take a walk.

I can not say enough about our hosts. Family comes to mind.

Thank you again to all.

You Sir, are very kind in deed and thank you so very much for the kind words. I hope it is the begining of many certs here in Ft Worth, the pleasure was all ours and we too had a blast. Maybe not as much pain as you felt hahahha but darn sure lots of fun.

Take care and stay in touch man - I enjoyed getting to know you and everyone else. I also enjoyed learning your story - it is an awe inspiring story and should be shared with those in the CF community.

Your the man Gio. Keep up the good work and stay safe out there.

I had a great time as well.
It was nice to get to know everyone there at GSX. Tremendous hospitality given at every opportunity.
Gio you are the man, thanks for posting on my blog. I have a long way to go with it but it is nice to have a place to start.
Tucker, I am on the waiting list for the March cert. If I get in i will bring my mud and tape and repair that spot on your wall.
Next time set my Fran station up in the middle of the room
