Just starting out on crossfit. I've been reading and mixing in the ideas for a few months now. It is a great system. My background - I'm about 5'10, 200 lbs. I played football in college and got my lifting started in high school. After college I decided I wanted to be a state/national level powerlifter - Things were going great until I tore my rotator cuff a year ago. Anyway, I'm back from PT and am ready to get more fit, but stay strong. This seems like the best thing out there.

Anyway, anyone doing crossfit in Charlotte? If so, where? I just moved down here from MD and went to the YMCA yesterday... There didn't seem to be very much room for doing any olympic lifts. So I'm looking for another gym. If someone is thinking about starting an affiliate, let me know too. I would definitely be interested in helping out.
