We cannot thank enough those who gave us a hand with the resent theft of CrossFit IP. The situation is now resolved thanks to Grady McDonald, Brian Nesmith, Sean Bohan, Jason Brown, Lynne Pitts, Ryan Atkins, John Frankl and Sal Orofino.

Greg and I were not able to deal with the problem right away and these folks brought it to our attention and took effective action.

It is nice to know that you all have our backs!

Consider this folks...

Since about 2001, I have gotten free but valuable information from this site and community. Can a dollor amount be placed on that?

Well if I went to an o-lifting or kettlebell seminar or a Furey certification or got a college degree in kinesiology or a certificate in sports massage or a became a registered diatition, etc.
Now I know that what those courses would teach is not always Crossfit agreeable but you get my drift.

These folks have given us the equivalent of thousands of dollars of knowledge and experience for free! (And they're nice to boot.)

If I catch some ratfink ripping off people of this quality I get mad fast.

It was a pleasure. If you know of any other way we can help, please post it! I lurk on just about every major IFP (internet fitness professional) board out there.

Gosh, I got mad again just writing this!
