Can't find and article
I remember reading an article or theory or whatever about programming. The one thing I remember was that it suggested that the exercises used in the metcon should be a lower skill level exercise...at least for the particular lifter. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

There's the original explanation article by Glassman.
Discussing rotating between gymnastics, monocardio, and lifting. But I doubt you mean that one, and I dont recall it mentioning anything about scaling like that? S |
