Me and my log

I've had previous workout logs on here before. None of them really stuck. I want that to change. Hopefully this is the one.

Was on vacation in Colorado from 8/3 to 8/10. Lots of running, swimming and hiking while we were there. Enough to burn off all of the high calorie restaurant meals.

The past three days have been busy with marching band. I am going to rest the weekend. Cross country starts on Monday.
