supplement post workout!

hello, everyone! im new to this community and i really enjoy being here! im doing CF 4 times per week for 4 months now! im using the on whey gold standard post workout and when i woke up! but i want to change the post workout supplement with something more effective.im 20 male , 86 kg and 191 cm. i dont want to get weight though. my diet is good enough with those supplements but i want that something extra. any suggestions? thank you in advance. great work with this site and greetings from greece! All protein supplements are is a foodstuff. The "effectiveness" is in being a quick source of protein for your body to make use of. It would be functionally nearly the same as eating a steak post-workout.

You are pretty vague - what is this "something extra" you are expecting with your post workout nutrition?

i was thinking about amino's. because i think it's too early to start taking creatine. any suggestion about amino's?

They are in every decent protein source already. The usual use for straight-up BCAAs is a preworkout during fasting, or during a workout as a small extra fuel source.

They are not going to "boost" you. Its just an isolated type of protein. The best thing you can have postworkout is proper nutrition - mainly protein for muscle building and fast digesting carbs to facilitate protein absorbtion and for energy.

Mine problem is that i cant have real food after my training. A supplement would really help me with that situation. Can u suggest me a supplement and a brand if possible? thank you!

You're doing just fine with the whey protein you say you're currently taking. If you want to add some extra nutrients, make it with milk, and/or add some dextrose powder, oats, banana, or something else that mixes/blends well.
