Re: Sharknado

Kill Cliff Update:

I like it. Nice little buzz of energy but no temple throbbing blood pressure spike if I drink three. I like them for workout mixed in with water as is suggested on the label. Noting earth shattering, just nice and at 1.80 a can not too bad on price. I should be able to source locally soon.

Re: Sharknado

Yeah, 3 cans @ 25mg a can is not really that much caffeine.

I'd love to hear a longer term observation over a week or two drinking these because they are supposed to have anti-inflammation stuff in them.

Owner seemed pretty cool on WodCast Podcast.

I only drank that many once for a marathon study session. I have otherwise been drinking one or two a day. I like it. As I said, gradual and lasting alertness. No rush, no crash to speak of.

Re: Sharknado

Scored an 80 on mod 6 today, the "Corpsman Killer". Not really pleased, but it is what it is. I have one more test on Monday and then "Skills" next Tuesday and Wednesday, and then I will be done with EMT and halfway through with "A" School!

Also, haven't worked out since Sunday other than a slow 2.5 mile run on Monday morning. Plan on benching and pulling tomorrow. Maybe some sprints if I feel ambitious. Doing some HSPU's in my room as we speak.

Over and out.

I can just see you doing a handstand pushup and typing a sentence while holding the handstand in between.
