An Open Letter to New CrossFit Coaches

Comrades,

I have a new article on Inside the Affiliate entitled, "An Open Letter to New CrossFit Coaches" (WFS). In it I talk about some basic advice for any newly minted CrossFit coaches. If you like it, please share it with your friends on facebook and twitter, I'd really appreciate it.

ITA is an open source blog about running a CrossFit affiliate. It's free for the community and evolved out of the past 6 years of running my affiliate in Brooklyn, NY.

Thanks!
