Hey all

I am going to Purchase the CBL book by Kiefer in the coming week.

Know i have done a lot of research into this so far and what people are saying and all there results well it all kind of speak for itself.

Just one thing i could not really find out, is about the preparation stage. Now i know i will have all this covered in the book when i purchase. But i am just interested in seeing if anyone has been through this prep stage or A prep stage and put there body into Ketosis.

What could i expect and what can other's expect for the 10 day period?

I can understand it would not be easy sticking to 30grams of carbs a day. Especially when you have a physical day job.

I'm doing carbnite which is he's other diet but plan to switch to a cbl diet once I drop some weight. I didn't do a prep phase but then again we are doing different diets. You will probably get headaches from being off carbs for the first few days then you will get used to it. At least I have.

As far as under 30g And working a physical job I wouldn't see a problem. I work in a Fab shop and feel fine. I might need the occasional red bull but other than that it works great for me.
