Waiver Paperwork
Someone posted their waiver when someone signs up for a box and I didn't get the opportunity to copy it. It was in a form so it would need to be recreated by whoever would use it. Smart on that person's part. But now I can't find it. If anyone has it pls let me know.
Thanks, Dan |

Re: Waiver Paperwork
You should really get an example or recommended copy from your insurance company. I have started a couple businesses in the past that include client training and the waivers are vastly different. Considering this insurance company will represent you in court in the unfortunate event of an injury, you really should take their canned package and add your name to it.
If they don't care..... well then PM me and I can send you an example. Good luck |
