I'm interested in your gear. Not sure what is best: tights, or socks and shorts?

I'm looking for general benefits during wods, lifts, and also for recovery.

thanks

Ben

Socks and shorts vs pants are a personal preference type of thing. I think socks and shorts provide a bit more flexibility since you can wear the socks all the time in situations where you might not want full compression on your entire leg. I've taken to wearing them almost all the time since they are so comfortable!
FYI, I ordered from the UK Greg sorted me right out.

They arrived in less than 5 days!

Sam.

Missed this post somehow. Glad they got there so quick. Good to know how long it takes so I know how to answer when people ask. Hope you like everything.

Re: Compression Gear

Just looked at some BSC pants and holy dog***** private pile!!!! they are 140 which is around $220, bit of a con imo!

A good compression line is made by Canterbury, they are more reasonably priced and do the trick in when working out or playing rugby. That said I have emailed Greg to check out these spun bad boys!

Re: Compression Gear

Just received my order of 1 of everything. Broke in the shirt, shorts, and socks in a 3 mile run today.

So far so good. I didn't feel too hot, considering it was about 90 degrees. The shirt didn't feel like it was choking me, which was one thing I was worried about. Socks felt tight, but not too tight, the shorts felt good on my thighs. I could feel the compression nicely and they didn't bunch up or get tight in my groin area.

I'll post some more thoughts after I get more mileage on them. The real test will at the October Tough Mudder
