Throw it down, thanks to CF
Was playing basketball with my son recently. As we're playing around, I'm looking at the rim and thinking I can probably grab it. Jump up and very easily grab the rim. Son is impressed. We're playing with a junior size ball, which I can palm, so I grab it and go up for a big dunk. Son freaks out. Good stuff. A bunch of high school guys on other end of gym thought it was cool too. Since I began CF training my body has completely changed as has my explosiveness. The pride my son had seeing his dad do this is what it's all about.

I initially read your name as Jackson Hammer and thought you had the best name ever, on top of your dunking skills. Oh well, being able to dunk is enough by itself.

Nice! I agree that changes in your ability to have a great time with your kids and maybe even impress them a bit far outweighs just about any other gain you can make! Nice work...
