I'd like to compare myself to other Crossfitters, preferably by age, weight, height, sex, in my current box we have very different physical characteristics so it is hard to make a comparison as to how fit I am (in relation to Crossfitters around the globe), however input from anyone would be appreciated

I think you are doing great just by looking at your numbers. Instead of comparing to others, I would recommend keeping a log and looking at improvement for the above 'metrics' you listed. Just like you did with the Fran time. That is a great improvement. I have a similar list that I keep track of and set bi-yearly goals and then end goals...

Re: PR List
Hey, I've been doing Crossfit the last 5 months or so, following CFFB the the last 3 months for my Rugby, I've played at state championships in NSW, Australia and hoping to play for NSW this year at nationals. (I play as a front row, hooker, for anyone that doesn't know they are the apparently the equivalent of linemen(?) in NFL, but I have to be quite mobile for my weight.)
When I started I weighed about 83kg and so far I've put on 6kg of muscle while loosing fat at the same time. Next plan is to cut down to playing weight of about 85kg for this season.
Age:16 in April.
Fran - 6:10
FGB - 283
PC - 90kg/200lb
BP - 95kg/210lb
SQ - 125kg/275lb
DL - 5RM 150kg/330lb
Shoulder Press - 65kg/140lb
SN - 65kg/140lb
OHS - 2RM 70kg/150lb
500m row - 1:34
100m sprint - 14 seconds
800m run - 2:45
Pullups Strict -7 (note I could do none when I first started Crossfit, used grease the groove to get them up to here, stopped now to concentrate on other things.)

Re: PR List
Age:33 in March
Fran - ? Not sure (last time was in Sept when I started like 6 min and change)
FGB - 332 (tested in Sept.)
PC - 225lbs
SC- 235lbs (I'm pulling 250lbs next time )
BP - 225lbs
SQ HB - 355lbs (1 month ago, but willing to bet it's up from there now)
DL - 1RM 425lbs
Shoulder Press - 155lb
SN - 165lb
500m row - 1:38 (never really pushed it to find out though)
100m sprint - ?
800m run - ?
Pullups Strict -Haven't tested in a while low 20-25 probably
Started CF in September. Went straight into the mainpage WOD's was doing probably 75% as RX'd. After about 3 months I realized I was in better shape but weaker in some areas so switched to Rudy Nielsen's Outlaw programming recently and it's the shiz. Never really did DL's or cleans (did lots of power cleans just not much of the olympic squat version) or snatches before CF.
One of these days I need to give a good shot to some of the "girls" so I can see where I'm at. I dove in a bit too quickly and my AC joints were not happy about all the extra stress. Stopped doing pressing exercies for a month or so and I feel much better now. Expect BP, C&J and Press 1RM's to increase significantly over the next few months

Re: PR List
Me: 21yrs, 178lbs, 6ft, male
Did Stronglifts and then Starting Strength a few years ago. Then injuries and travelling and such, which meant inconsistent lifting for a year and some change. Found Crossfit and dove into mainpage maybe a year ago? Nagging injuries, dropped mainpage after maybe a month and switched to CFFB. I've been following it since.
Fran - ? Never done it. ()
Helen - ? Again, never done it.
FGB - ? Nope. (I'm bad at this)
Thruster - ? Never tested.
PC - 235lbs
TGU - 1.5 pood KB for reps, but I've never gone for a max.
BP - 190lbs
SQ - 300lbs
DL - 3@330lbs
Shoulder Press - 145lbs
SN - 185lbs
C&J - 215lbs
OHS - 200lbs? I can't quite remember.
500m row - ? No rower.
400m Sprint - ? I hate 400m sprints. Worst distance in T&F.
1 Mile Run - ?
2 Mile Run - ?
Pull Up - 12 strict
I'll add in for fun:
40yd dash - 4.9 seconds (not a really accurate measurement, but whatever)
Muscle Ups - 2 (not kipped, but not strict by any real standards either) -- still haven't learned to string them together, really. The 2 was pure luck.
Power Jerk - 215lbs (Needs some serious work)
Front Squat - 264lbs
Nothing record-setting, but I'm working on it. I have definitely improved leaps and bounds since I've started though.
I've been meaning to do some of the "girls" WODs so that I have an idea of where I stand.

Fran is all around great to measure total body fitness, sub 3:00 is the goal.
OHS is my skill work for Jan-Feb, never trained it before this past summer so I'm sure I'll get better. I never squatted heavy before last May either, coach taught me to shelf the bar properly and I got over 300lbs within a couple weeks. I'll never forget what he said:
"Address the bar properly, when you approach the bar there's nothing else in your mind, nothing else matters, moving this bar is your mission in life right now."
For double unders, I came from not being able to string 5 together to getting about 30 consecutive since November, aiming for new PR of 100.
Muscle ups, I suck, need to get the technique down.
Great numbers guys, thanks for sharing, keep at it.
