Re: compression gear
Research results show that compression gear does vastly reduces the build-up of lactic acid immediately after periods of sustained exercise. This allows for a more rapid return to normal levels and minimizes the occurrence of delayed onset muscle soreness.
I'm no expert though. I used the contrast bath method where I use hot, then cold water....Alot cheaper than some of the compression gear on the market. But, it's just my preference. I have used Under Armour compression leg sleeves..... Here are some links to some good ones that I looked into. http://www.underarmour.com/shop/us/e...ms/compression http://www.altrec.com/cw-x/compression-calf-sleeves http://www.zootsports.com/innovation/compression http://www.skins.net/en-US/index.aspx |
