Re: Strength goals achieved...7 months of CFFB

Motivating stuff, brother. I just started CFFB in early Sept after about a year of CF Mainsite. I've already noticed a huge strength improvement. Like Jason, I also struggle with eating enough and recovery. I don't think I've put on any weight in fact. 6,000cal/day may be a bit much for me, but you've at least motivated me to let my inner fatty loose on occasion.

-about a pound of meat. Usually ground meat sauteed with veggies and covered with butter or olive oil
-A few shots of olive oil mixed with OJ(to mask taste)

-Protein shake post-workout along with some fruit
-Another smoothie. Similar ingredients, but with a pint of raw cream.
-Dinner is usually a steak or burgers.

The smooothies alone give me about 3,000 calories, so thats what really helps.

-Squat @ 355
-Deadlift(5rm) 460
-Press @ 150
-Power Clean(5x3) @ 205
-Bench @ 240
That is a ton of food, I can't believe you kept it up for that long. Again, awesome job!

Re: Strength goals achieved...7 months of CFFB

Hey Mike. I'll assume you are Mike W. on the CFFB site. I love that stuff and can't get enough. I only wish I had a place to sprint all winter.

Seth, thanks for posting your food. I know I need to eat and rest more and will try to keep it up to milk my gains some more. I would love to put on 20 lbs this winter. Just need to stay at it. Thanks for the motivation !
