Hernia

Ive been having a lot of pain in my pelvic area/right testicle. Long story short, my doc suspects I have a hernia and prescribed me a CT scan to confirm it.

This obviously means that any lifting is going to be off limits for me. Is there anything i can do to stay in somewhat decent shape? is running ok? swimming? biking?

Re: Hernia

Are you asking about after you have surgery to correct this, if in fact it is a hernia?

A hernia that is causing pain is something that should be corrected with surgery. It can lead to alot of health complications much worse that the hernia itself.
