CFFB question re strength and daily wod programing

Sorry, having difficulty using the search function at CFFB and registering.

But anyhows.

Just in regards to the strength workout and daily WODS.

Can I do the strength WOD first thing in the morning, then do the daily WOD in the pm?

or are they supposed to be done right after each other?

Re: CFFB question re strength and daily wod programing

Edgar, I guess it all depends on your goal and the time you have to train. If you're able to get into the gym twice a day, there is no problem splitting the routines up. If you do them back-to-back, allow some time to recover. A downside to doing them back-to-back is you might not be at your strongest for the second of the two workouts inhibiting performance.

I know with sites like Crossfit Endurance, they say to split the WODs by about 3-4 hours.

Edgar,
You can just wait 10-15 minutes and then go right into the Daily WOD. Scale if needed. You could do one in the A.M and one in the P.M too.
