Core / Abs

I know "stabilize" etc...

But on top of the big lifts and hitting my core that way... I like to work in other things once in a while...

Wondering what everyones favorite Core/Ab exercises are. What you feel the best/most etc. .

Some of my favorites are...

Leg Raises - With DB between feet
Swiss Ball Roll outs
Decline Sit Ups
Planks

Some different opinions????

Your welcome. I have several core specific workouts that I take my wrestlers through. If you want them just ask.

I believe he's referring to PVC pipes capped on both ends and half-filled (approx.) with water.

We've done overhead lunges with them and they are definitely a challenge on the core.
