Getting a crossfit gym set up.???

I'm returning to crossfit after two years. My gym is set up for body building. How do I changet to a "crossfit gym"? What do I need to get rid of and what do I need to get? Is there some type of list or guide?

Check out crossfit radio from 4/11/09. They interviewed Bill Henniger from Rogue on this topic.
