suggestion for website
I was thinking it would be a great idea to put links to the exercise videos directly in the WOD posting - then I looked and saw that there were videos there - I happily clicked on one of them and saw that it was essentially unrelated to the WOD.
Would it be possible to format it like this?
BTW: I would have the (AVI) (MOV) all lined-up in a column, but couldn't do it in this post
"Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps) (AVI) (MOV)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps) (AVI) (MOV)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps) (AVI) (MOV)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps) (AVI) (MOV)
Row (Calories) (AVI) (MOV)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points and post them to comments.
