Took a rest day yesterday.
8x6 deadlift @235 today. Kinda boring, but I needed it. My back was a little tired from sleeping funny. |

Worst workout I've had since I've been back on it. Back was feeling fatigued so I skipped my deadlift. I just decided to hit Fran. 21-15-9 of sucky workout.
8:28. Worst time I've had in years. Green band, 95lbs. |
