Managed to get myself out of my chair and get a workout in. Shoulder is still feeling bad. Luckily we are switching insurance at the office and I'll be able to get into the doctor I've been wanting to see for a little ART. Starts up on Friday.

10 min AMRAP
5 chest to OH 95lbs
8 sledge hammer strikes
9 push-ups. I had to scale these back to knees as my right shoulder is killing me. Didn't help much.

7 rounds.

Well, after a couple years of falling off the wagon on my squat program... and everything else, I finally made it back up to 300lbs. My old PR is 305. I feel like I'll be breaking that if I can keep it up.

Worked up to 300lb back squat single. Then 3x3 at 210. 2x5 at 150.

Man, I hope so! Weight has crept back up... been working on gnawing that back down, too. Stress is a killer.

Got in a mainpage workout today:

"The Chief"

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

3 rounds + 3 cleans
3 rounds + 3 cleans
3 rounds + 1 clean
3 rounds
3 rounds plus 2 cleans

I am so happy. That seemed like an impossible thing to me months ago. I used to loathe squatting.

7 deadlift at 255
20m run
15 air squats
21 double unders
20m run

3 rounds

Man, I couldn't hit DUs for anything today. Oh well, still taxing. Deads were fun. Just heavy enough.

6x50 intervals 2 min rest between

Power cleans up to 215. Not sure if that's a PR. Edit - Yep, 5lb PR. It wasn't pretty, but I guess they don't all have to be.

Clean and jerk up to 170. Cleaned up to 190.

Then It would seem that I PR'd Annie. 9:04. Sweet!

Made it to the doc today and had some good manipulation done. We talked about what I need to do to move forward. He was happy with my mobility and strength, but said I needed to work on using the right muscles to do things. Gave me some movements to go through. Emphasized external rotation. Going back next week.
