For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (Only had 10lb ball)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders (Tuck Jumps) =34:43

*I'm satisfied with this time as of now. Second time doing this WOD, last time was 46:55. I'm interested to see how much a 20lb ball would increase my time. Also I need to get a damn speed rope so I can do double unders. Finished up with some good stretching and MU practice. MUs felt surprisingly strong after the workout.
I think I'm starting to get used to working out after a full work day, but today was kinda relaxed because I had to cancel 2 flights. I just feel a really strong mental fatigue on the way to the gym after work.

Crazy time, Jesse.

Also, posted on another forum: "All - FYI...Ulta (the beauty/cosmetics place) has the Buddy Lee Hyperformance Speed Rope w/DVD for only $15.99!"

Apparently the Speed Rope alone usually costs way more than that (???)

Run 5k- 34:13
*Pretty dissapointed with the 5k. My PR is 31:00, which pretty much sucks. I got some really nasty cramps half way through and had to walk a bit. I realized I wasnt breathing deep enough. After I ramped the speed back up and concentrated on breathing, cramps went away. Running is definitely my weakest area.

Ate and went back to the gym to do-

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

14 Rounds
*Beat the crap out of my old PR, but I know I can do better. I pretty much just stopped after the 14th round. Who knows if I could have gotten 15. I can only half kip on this piece that they have at the gym or I would break it.

Five rounds for time of:
400 meter run
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps =18:13(PR)

Power Clean singles-
185,205,225,235
Full Snatch practice-
barbellx2,65x2,95x2,105x2

*Pretty happy with time on nancy. Two months ago I got 22:06 first time doing the WOD. Running done on treadmill. PCs felt pretty good. First time really getting into full snatches and surprisingly the heaviest set felt the most solid. My shoulders felt like they had enough so I stopped.

Press to HS & freestanding HS practice
*Felt pretty weak whole time at gym. Long day at work and didnt eat enough/right. 455 was old PR. Was kinda expecting more but I was beat going into it anyway. Accidentally did 1x5 instead of 7. HSPUs felt good, first time on them in a while.
