Hey that's interesting news. Good luck!
How'd you lose 2.5lbs in a day?

As much as I'd like to be there for your grand opening, it's about a 3-4 hour drive for me... taken an 8:30am class, subtract 3-4 hours = mmmm.... way too darn early.

Camille - Thanks so much. We had a great time. Only 3 people showed up, but I think they will be back. I'm now down 5 lbs... Mostly water weight. I was VERY dehydrated coming back from DR (alcohol + Sun - water = not a good thing) plus my cycle ended.

WOW... I'm behind on journaling... oh well.

Friday - Lifting
Saturday - 5 x 100 yard sprints
Sunday - Rest

Monday
Weight this AM - 124.8 lbs (-5 lbs)

*I just want to record to reflect that last week I predicted I would be this weight. Do I know my body or what. Nicweeks sent me my new diet last night. I'm VERY happy with it so far.

Camille - The funny thing is... I started doing them and then I had a WTF moment, which is why I only did 2 sets.

Tuesday AM
Was up all night with a sick dog. I got very little sleep. I was still half asleep when I got to the gym, so I'm just really proud of myself for doing something... something is better than nothing.

Bulgarian Split Squats
