Michael question

Are the situps in MIchael regular situps or GHD situps?

On a related note: any tips for not getting dizzy doing GHD situps? I seem to get motion sickness when I do more than a couple of sets of 'em.

Re: Michael question

It's not specified so I guess do whatever sit-ups you can. My gym doesn't have a proper GHD - instead it has one of those 45 degree ones which is no good for sit-ups. I just do "normal" sit-ups on the floor instead. (I don't use the GHD for the back extensions for Michael either as it's downstairs, and the treadmill is upstairs - I just use a Swiss ball).

Are you spotting on a point when you come to the top? At the top, look straight ahead and pick a point and every time you come up look to that point. You can do the same thing in the bottom position looking down.
