For all those with back pain.

My back has been giving me a lot of trouble again this last week or two. Today after bagging a run again I went back to the net in a fit of pique and voila! Bingo! I have found a lot of the stuff my doc uses on me - and a bit more. The chiros and physical therapists amongst us may know this but I'm jolly sure the general populus doesn't. And its mostly self help stuff.
it comes from a US physical therapist DonTigny.

The home page of the site with a lot of the stuff isn't working properly this morning - its kalindra.com. I can get to a lot of the important stuff but the home page and some other pages are rs. So have a look at kalindra.com/faq, kalindra.com/ezfix.htm, kalindra.com/rounds.pdf and kalindra.com/critical.pdf.
All work/family safe. One of the papers goes into all the biomechanics of his thinking, the others are more consumer friendly.

I think women have more issues with all of this because of hormones. And I found out why in the last 6 weeks I have had trouble with my back for 1-2 weeks before every period - relaxin - the pregnancy hormone apparently increases pre menstrually. Sorry guys if this is TMI!

Enjoy!
