Smart Balance - smart?

I have a 5 yr old boy, who doesn't get enough calories in my opinion. Sometimes he eats good other times he'll barely eat a thing. I guess that is normal. Anyway he loves smart balance, he will eat it by the spoon full, the ratio's look ok to me but I'm no expert. Should I let him have at it or not?

Just found my own answer - organic butter
