3 Most Important...

...KB weights? I can only afford 3 bells right now, so what are the most important weights to have for variety? Remember, I'll be trainig women as well, possibly even youth.

With women and younger teens, I'd go .5, 1, 1.5. If you think they're pretty capable, go 1, 1.5, 2.

i hate the fact that I have 15lb KBs, b/c invariably women dive for those!

Then they complain about how their back hurts when they swing or their forearm hurts when the clean etc etc. (sorry ladies, it's so light you can't swing with your hips, and it's so small it's actually sharper. If you had gotten the bigger bell, it would actually feel a lot better in the rack!)

Almost NO ONE is so weak that they really need less than 25-30 lbs. I know some will not press a 12kg bell right off, but who cares. Push press and enjoy the negative!

get it like this:
12/16/20

or 16/20/24

If you're clients kick *** with those bells, you can always buy a 28 or 32 later.
