So I'm in the sporting goods store with my darling hubby who let me beat up on the "Bob" head and torso while he held my stuff. He knows by now not to interrupt.

Then I see a pull-up station that's set up and attached to something else so I know it won't tip over. And I begin to practice my kip/swing. (I don't yet have a pull-up, but I can swing something fierce!)

So the worker bee dude comes over and stares for a minute or two. And when I get off the bar, wipe my hands off and jump up there again, worker dude asks, "Can I help you with something?"

And I glare down at him and say, "Yeah. Hold my feet."

I really do like the cockiness that CF entitles me to!

Jamila, you wouldn't be from one of the Carribbean Islands would you? Or your mother?

Nope, I'm all American!

But I imagine I'd be a better speller and sprinter if I was from one of those island nations...

Oh well. I'll just be good at Dead Lifts.

I really wanted to!!!

Larry, that Kali training was the best thing that could have happened to my marriage. I can no longer mop, sweep or vacuum (cause of the attachments!) and hubby was already the cook.

And I owe it all to you.
