Aushion,

go to mma.tv, then in the upper right corner top threads in the TUF, the threads are listed on the left side, just scroll down till you see it.

Matt G.,
I know what you're talking about. I don't usually post there, just browse for entertainment. However, when I noticed a Crossfit question I decided to respond. If I didn't believe Crossfit worked I would have stayed quiet.

In fairness, there are a fair amount of people there who have actually tried the workouts and can speak from experience. That makes them better than 90% of the people out there. Although they didn't like the price of the cert, most of them at least appreciate the generosity of CrossFit for providing so many free resources.

Tyler is right.

I have been a member of that board for a long time because I am a MMA fan and part-time participant. There are a lot of good people on the board, but it does have it's fair share of idiots.

I post on the UG but only really in the health and fitness forum and the Australasian forum.

Most of the UG is basically unmoderated so people say whatever they want (check out the "what if" forum for the best/worst bits)

A lot of the fitness discussion there is heavily based on bodybuilding concepts but i think thats because a lot of the posters are younger guys who want to look buff rather than serious fighters lloking to get into shape for MMA.

Guys

If you're into MMA at all... then check out my post under COMPETITIONS:" Complete this...".

I train with some world class (I am NOT world class by any stretch, but they are) MMA fighters who are on the PPV circuit. I challenged them to do a mini-crossfit workout for time.
Check out my post. I'd like too see how regular crossfitter's stand against a Pro MMA fighter.
A good chance to benchmark your self too.
Check out the post.

I saw your post on the workout and i'm going to try it when my knee is better.

Wouldn't be surprised if it turned up as WOD one day....
