Just got a new MP3 player and I am looking for music to CrossFit to. What is everyone's favorite workout music?

Here's a playlist I use for WODs.

If I were to pick one band it would be Rufio.

SPINESHANK, Static X, and Enya. Very Loud as well. Yes, even Enya wants to be played loud...:proud:

If you're going to include Enya, you might as well include Wham, Tears for Fears and Culture Club. And oh yeah, Shirley Temple could really rock the house back in the day. Unbeatable dance moves :-)

Zeppelin, Hendrix and Public Enemy for me.

i think the primary criterion for me is, "would it make a cool soundtrack to punching someone in the teeth?" if yes, i like training to it.

Thats right...Audioslave is Legit!!!

A good soundtrack for punching someone in the teeth would also include:

Linkin Park
Prodigy
Trapt

But my #1 favorite is still Audioslave.
