Adam, if you can't find somebody close to you, hang out on the forums and find someone of similar skill level with similar goals. Then both of you can create an online workout log.

I keep my log with an old friend and co-worker. We don't live in the same town, but we can keep up with each other's progress. I got so tired of him kicking my ••• in runs that I started jogging again.
