I've been cross fitting and mostly zoning for 3 months as of yesterday. BF is down 5%. 12 lbs of fat loss, 4 lbs lean gain. 2" off my waist.

I wrestled for 8 years, so I have "how much do I weigh" constantly drumming in my head, so I feel like I've been stuck at a plateau for a while, but then when I took the measurements, the results were pretty pleasing.

Personal records seem to fall every time I step up to the weights. Especially with the olympic lifts, as I get closer to the right form. DL 315 yesterday. And lets face it, 3 plates on either side of the bar just looks way cool. My only sticking point has been pullups, but I'll post that question in the "exercises" area.

Can't wait to see what the next 3 months bring.

Nice job Chris. Your pullups will go up, its hard to make everything get better at once. Keep at it.
