Man, I did the CFWU (-BE & SU) then did a scaled version of Michael today, 800m Run, 35 BE, 35 SU...

I was only able to do 2 cycles (in 16:55) then my back tightened up so I had to stop...

TOugh.

Same. I got through one full cycle without scaling (but a broken set of SUs), then a second cycle with a broken set of BEs and a very broken set of 35 SUs, and only did the running on the third cycle. Even will all that unintentional scaling, I still ended in 30 minutes.

I've got a long way to go.
