Thruster 3-2-2-2-1-1-1-1-1 reps?

Do I take this to mean do these reps at the maximum weight possible? How long should the rest period be between reps?

I'm a new guy too, but the FAQ page addresses this. Rest longer on lower rep days because the idea is to lift heavier weights. I don't remember exactly how it's worded.

Yes maximum weight you can lift. Most people post they rest between 2 & 3 minutes on the max effort days. It allows the CNS to reset for the next max effort. On a 5x5 work out, I rest 3 minutes between sets. This one I started out with 2 minutes and ended with a 3 minute rest on the last one.
