I'm curious what the consensus is for setting the damper on the C2 rower when doing the rowing in FGB? Should it be set to 10 or a number more appropriate to what I would set it to for a 500k, like a 6 for example? More aerobic or anaerobic?

hey samantha.....coach b here. i want everyone here to know that sam is the real deal in womens weightlifting. sam attended my jr camp a few years ago and this young lady can flat out lift heavy weights!!! not only a great lifter but a very nice young lady from the south!!!! sam, i would love to put you thru fight gone bad....i am sure you would enjoy the experience!!!! coach hatch might not agree however!!! drop me a note at: mikeburgener@mac.com
