Color me freakin impressed, you guys are all eating like SSers, albeit not super serious ones. I'm really surprised yall eat so much that's awesome.
Yesterday was IHOP cheat...we won't get into that. Let's just say I got all my macros ![]() Today was 4 eggs, fresh ground black pepper and 24 oz whole milk. An hour later I had two big handfuls of almonds and an apple smothered in peanut butter. |

Peanut butter banana, 7 cups of milk, 6 eggs, corned beef hash. PB banana was Pre WO, rest was Post. And Jason's correct but still, I didnt expect many people to be eating half a dozen eggs for breakfast other than SSers so that's pretty sweet.

I'm getting a bit bored with the routine too, but here's mine. I regularly eat between 4 and 6 eggs, 3-5 strips of bacon, and about half a bag of frozen veggies (broccoli or mixed broccoli/cauliflower/carrots) "fried" in pasture butter. All ('cept the bacon) smothered in Franks red hot or Barons West Indian Hot Sauce (best on the planet IMHO).

Yesterday--three eggs scrambled in bacon fat with spinach and a bit of feta, roasted root veg, and three pieces of bacon.
Today, a banana, a cup of mixed berries, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, and a handful of sliced almonds. Microwaved, this is ridiculously delicious. |

I am usually partial to my scramble of:
3 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, chopped onion, pepper, and mushrooms, A large handful of spinach, and 2-4 cut up chicken sausages. I usually pair that with either a green salad with balsamic, and/or a banana with almond butter. Some great additions to get things mixed up in terms of taste would be to throw in avocados, salsa, olives, plenty of garlic, broccoli, zucchini, bacon etc (not all at the same time of course, unless you are craving insane amounts of flavor!). I could eat this for every meal, love it to death! |
