Ok, parents don't hate me but my 18 month old sleeps through the night and has for some time. He goes down between 8-9 and gets up between 6-6:30. I normally sleep from 11-11:30 to 5:30/5:45. By Friday I crash hard between 9-10p and sleep til around 0700. Football season screws me up on the weekends though MNF, but power naps keep me cruising. Probably 2-3 cups of coffee these days.

Michael, don't feel too bad. My daughter has been sleeping through the night since she was 2 months old. WOHOOOO!!

She goes down around 8:00 and wakes up around 8:00.

whoa! Roger! That is awesome! My son woke every hour and half from two months until his last molar broke the surface. He slept fine before and after. But now he lets me sleep in!

My 5 month old slept through the night(9-5:30) for the first time last night! I didn't though, I woke up expecting to hear him, and when I didn't I had to go check.

I usually get 2 bouts of 3-4 hrs per night. I sure do miss 8 uninterrupted hours!

Married, no kids yet, but these days the dog likes to wake up around 5:30, so it gets a bit interrupted. I try and get 8 hours, but it's probably closer to 7 on most nights.

I bought a sleep mask from Brookstone, and have been using it on weekends, that usually can get me to 9 hours of sleep.

On average I probably sleep about 9 hours a day. Wish it was 7 tho. Nowadays my sleeping is totally unpredictable, ranging from 5-14 hours.
