Looking for crossfit facilty or group in MIAMI, FL

hey was up everyone I am new to this site. I have been reading and I want to start training crossfit style I am located in Miami and I just wanted to find a group or gym, Please help me out. my email is crequejo82@aol.com thank you everyone.

Randy Gruezo has just opened in Miramar which is a lot closer to you than Jupiter. www.crossfitsouthflorida.com

Frank Dimeo from Crossfit Gulf Coast has a friend in Doral who might be affiliating in the future. I don't recall the name, but I can get it if you want it.

If you are into MMA, Freestyle Fighting Academy (on SW 107th just south of 8th street) is a great place to train. They are not involved with CrossFit though.

I'm with Derek, start your own! Good luck.

Thanks for the wonderful information. Well my goal is to start a group in the future. I need to get back in shape quickly. I was on line just surfing and I kept seeing this crossfit stuff and read about it and saw some videos and I was like ok thats badass. Abot Randy I am trying to get in contact with him. I went on his site and filled out the information. He called me and I missed his call but returned and and left a message this was this past Friday. I am familiar with the school on 8 st and 107 ave its 2 brothers who run that school. But I am sure someone will start something in Miami soon and believe it if its me I am going on here letting everyone know. thanks a lot guys for your information.

Welcome to CrossFit!
You'll see several new CF affiliates opening in and around Miami.
You already have heard about CF South Florida (Randy Gruezo).
Randy is also a KBC kettlebell instructor.
My friend Julio Anta is in the process of opening a CF affiliate in the Miami area (also a KBC kettlebell instructor).
Rick Guiterrez should be opening one in the Weston area also.
(Just met Rick a few weeks ago).
