affiliation

hi i recently received my approval from crossfit for affiliation so im going through the steps they require but when i go to make the payment for the fees it says this transaction is declined and its definetly not a money issue does anyone have any idea why this might be happening do i have to send a copy of the insurance forms before i make the payment i have emailed them so i will wait to hear back but if anyone has any insight please let me know thanks mike

As an ex bank employee I can offer a possible suggestion. Are you using a debit card or a credit card? If debit, there may be a maximum POS (point of sale) amount that may be causing this.

This happened to me. I use a debit card and the $3,000 was over the limit I could spend. I had to go to the bank and talked to someone that was able to allow the transaction to go through (I think there was a 24-hour window to do it). The CrossFit support people were cool about it as usual.
