Yesterday I was the iron sheikh because I had to use my shemagh to protect me left collar bone. I think it is a mix of getting used to front squats and the fact my process on my collar bone sticks up higher on that side. I think i will adapt in time.

Oh and the high today is going to be 103 and the rest of the week 106!! Gotta love Texas heat in the summer.
Tell me about it. I had to wait till 9:30 last night to do my 3.3 mile jog so I wouldn't pass out from a heat stroke.

Jeez! It's cool here, hasn't been higher than mid-80s for almost a month now. Been waiting for the other shoe to drop because it was high 100s this time last year...

Very nice. Take the weight up. If you aren't failing, you aren't lifting enough.

What's you 1RM on fs?

Maybe 245? It is pretty weak. I will be doing just singles today so will let you know.

Re: Sharknado

Remember Prelipins Chart (wfs). The biggest factor in my training for getting stonger.....

So you would have done 7(ish) reps at that 235lb weight....

(on edit: I don't like the chart on the link so I linked a better version of it as a pic)

Re: Sharknado

Awaiting embarkation out of Colorado.

I'm thinking I will do Grace and Isabel in my garage or a complex.

Maybe something like max FS or BS with my bar+bumpers. ( 115# ). I'm thinking 30-50 reps.
