Re: Basic Olympic Liftng Certification (BOLC)

Can you provide more information? Is this geared toward coaching others, or becoming more proficient at your own lifts? Also, who is the coaching staff? I noticed the class size is limited to 30 students, so I'm wondering what the student:instructor ratio is.
