He said if I can put a water tight business plan together he will fund the full project for one year to get it up and running. He said the business plan must be the standard you would show the bank manager.

Could anyone share there full business plan with me so I can use it as a template.
I can find out prices if you do not want to disclose them.

Been on loads of sites and cannot put one together from a normal template.
I need to know everything so I miss nothing even down to the showers and changing room, rubber matting adverting etc

my email address karl@commandofitness.net
Karl, If after you put the plan together and you are confident in the potential profitability you may not want the other guy as a partner. That would be my advice.

Re: Crossfit Business Plan

Just my 2c.

If business plans worked, 80+% of small businesses would not be out of business in 36 months or less. Learn. Work your *** off. Prepare to work harder than you ever expected. Don't expect to pay yourself for 3-6 months.

Find someone that is successful at running a business, and learn from them. Learn on someone else's dollar.

Many will disagree, but I know the 80% of businesses that fail each year didn't have failure in their plan either.

Re: Crossfit Business Plan

I would also like to jump on this email to see if I can get a copy of your business plan. I just came back from Afghanistan and plan to retire in the next 3-5 years and would love to start planning to get started in the next 2 years or so to be fully established by retirement! Thanks so much. My email is cb7573@hotmail.com THANKS AGAIN!

Re: Crossfit Business Plan

If you would be willing to share that business plan with me I would really appreciate it. I am currently in the early stages of planning for my own gym. Thank you.
