Succes Stories with ME Black Box?

I am thinking of using the Me black box

Templete would look like

X-fit/ME alternating days
wed-sun active rest

I would be cycling to start: power cleans, front squat,Jerk
rep range
Intro-5,5,5,1,1,1
Foundation-3,3,3,1,1,1
Final-2,2,2,1,1,1

Then rotate in the next three movements.

I had been playing with two-a-days with strength at lunch and wod at night..Think with the rest this would provide gains would be better, and metcon and strength would both move up.

Anyone have any succes stories or advice for or against this layout?
